为满足国际社会对日益增长的中文教育类人才的需求，促进世界各国中文教育的发展，助力国际中文教育人才的成长，教育部中外语言交流合作中心（以下简称中心）设立国际中文教师奖学金（以下简称奖学金），聚焦培养合格的海外中文教师。孔子学院、独立设置的孔子课堂，部分汉语考试考点，外国相关教育机构、高校中文师范专业/中文院系、国外有关中文教学行业组织、中国驻外使（领）馆等（以下简称推荐机构）可推荐优秀学生和在职中文教师到中国大学（以下简称接收院校）学习和进修汉语国际教育及相关专业。天津职业技术师范大学作为接收院校之一，欢迎世界各国学生申请奖学金来我校学习。

1. 申请条件
申请人应具备以下条件：
l 非中国籍人士；
l 对华友好，无违法犯罪记录，遵守中国政府的法律、法规和学校的规章制度；
l 身心健康，品学兼优；
l 有志于从事中文教育、教学及相关工作；
l 年龄一般在16至35周岁之间（统一以2025年9月1日计，在职中文教师可放宽至45周岁），本科奖学金申请者一般不超过25周岁。
2. 招生类别和申请条件
2.1汉语国际教育本科
2025年9月入学，资助期限为4年。申请者应具有高中学历，汉语考试成绩达到HSK（四级）210分、HSKK（中级）60分及以上。
2.2 国际中文教育方向一学年研修生
2025年9月入学，资助期限为11个月。申请者汉语考试成绩达到HSK（三级）270分及以上，具有HSKK成绩。
2.3 国际中文教育方向一学期研修生
国际中文教育方向，2025年9月、2026年3月入学，资助期限为5个月。申请者汉语考试成绩达到HSK（三级）180分及以上，具有HSKK成绩。
3. 住宿条件
学校为学生提供宿舍，一般为双人间或单人间，配有卫浴、家具、卧具、空调等。
4. 学习考核
本科学习者须参加年度考核，学习成绩优异且汉语水平达到规定要求方能获得下一年度的全额奖学金。一学年研修生和一学期研修生毕业前须参加汉语水平考试。
5. 申请办法
（1）申请人登陆天津职业技术师范大学国际学生服务平台（https://tute.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx），用个人邮箱注册账号并填写申请信息，上传所需申请材料。我校不接受邮件、邮寄及现场申报材料。
（2）学校组织相关院系专家组进行面试，面试安排将另行通知， 请申请人随时关注邮箱。学校经面试后确定拟推荐人员名单，并为拟推荐人选出具学校预录取通知书（电子版以邮件形式发送）
（3）申请人收到预录取通知书后，于2025年5月15日前登陆中外语言交流合作中心网站（http://www.chinese.cn）国际中文教师奖学金板块，注册并在线提交申请材料。
6. 申请材料
● 护照照片页扫描件。
● HSK、HSKK 成绩报告（有效期两年）扫描件。
● 推荐机构负责人的推荐信。
● 经公证后的最高学历证明影印件，非中文或英文材料必须提供经公证后的中文版或英文版翻译件。
● 经公证后的学习成绩单影印件，非中文或英文成绩单必须提供经公证后的中文版或英文版翻译件。
申请者除提交中心要求的材料外，还须提交以下申请材料：
● 《外国人体格检查表》影印件（原件由申请人自己保留，该表格可从https://gjjlc.tute.edu.cn/下载，须用中文或英文填写）和血液检查报告单原件。体检必须涵盖《外国人体格检查表》所包含的所有项目。体检项目不全，没有主治医师签字，没有医院公章，或者申请人相片未盖章的检查表无效。体检有效期为6个月，请选择合适的时间进行体检。
● 无犯罪记录证明。
注：《外国人体格检查表》及无犯罪记录证明。请与护照首页扫描件一并上传至申请表的“基本信息-护照首页上传”处。
7. 考核录取
（1）申请人关注申请进程、审核意见及奖学金申请结果。及时回复我校邮件，与我校确认奖学金事宜。
（2）申请人通过材料审核后，需参加报考学院组织的考核。申请人被录取后，学校将对申请人信息和材料等进行复核，如有违规或弄虚作假等情形，一经查实，立即取消奖学金资格。
（3）拟录取人选经教育部中外语言交流合作中心审核合格，即可获得奖学金资助来华学习；
（4）奖学金获得者来华后不得变更录取院校、学习专业、方向及学习期限；
（5）不能按录取期限来华学习者，奖学金资格不予保留；
（6）奖学金获得者须按规定参加每年的奖学金年度评审；
（7）其他未尽事宜以相关主管部门要求为准。

2025 International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship
Program
For the purpose of satisfying the growing demand of the international community for Chinese language teachers and facilitating Chinese language education in other countries, the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) will continue with the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship. Confucius Institutes, independently operated Confucius Classrooms, certain HSK test centers, Chinese language (education) departments of foreign universities, professional associations for Chinese language instruction of other countries, Chinese embassies (consulates) abroad (collectively “recommending institutions”) may recommend outstanding students and currently-employed Chinese language teachers to study International Chinese Language Education or related majors in Chinese universities and colleges (“host institutions”).
Tianjin University of Technology and Education (TUTE), as one of the Host Institutions, welcomes applicants all over the world to study at TUTE.
Tianjin University of Technology and Education (TUTE), founded in 1979，is one of the first normal universities focusing on cultivating teachers for vocational schools in China. TUTE sticks to the educational philosophy of “Hand and Mind, All-round Development” . It has cultivated high-quality vocational teachers and application-oriented senior professionals. TUTE built first-class undergraduate and graduate education, and won one national special prize for teaching achievements and two first prizes for national teaching achievements. To deepen the reform, innovate the model, form a full-level vocational education teacher training system of bachelor's degree, master's degree and doctoral degree, and cultivate the first batch of "double-qualified" undergraduate, master's degree and doctor's degree in China. TUTE is co-constructed by Ministry of Education, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and Tianjin Municipal Government.
1. Eligibility
All applicants shall be:
l Non-Chinese citizens;
l Friendly to China, no criminal record, abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and the rules and regulations of the university
l In good physical and mental condition, and with good academic performance and conduct;
l committed to the Chinese language education and related work;
l Between the ages of 16-35 until September 1st, 2025. Applicants currently working as Chinese language teachers shall not be over 45, while undergraduate student applicants shall not be over 25.
2. Scholarship types and qualifications
2.1 Bachelor Degree of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (TCSOL)
The program commences in September 2025 and provides scholarship for a maximum of four academic years. Applicant shall hold a senior high school diploma and a minimum score of 210 on the HSK Test (Level 4) as well as 60 on the HSKK test (Intermediate Level).
2.2 Scholarship for One-Year Study Program in International Chinese Language Education
The program commences in September 2025 and provides scholarship for maximum of eleven months. Applicant should have a minimum score of 270 on the HSK Test (Level 3), and an HSKK test score is required.
2.3 Scholarship for One-Semester Study Program in International Chinese Language Education
The program commences either in September 2025 or March 2026, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of five months. Applicant should have a minimum score of 180 on the HSK Test (Level 3), and an HSKK test score is required.
3. Accommodation
The university provides scholarship holders with free dormitory rooms, usually with double or single rooms equipped with bathroom, furniture, bedding, air conditioner and so on.
4. Academic assessment
The Bachelor scholarship holders are required to attend the Annual Review, only those having outstanding performance in academic and meeting Chinese language proficiency requirements are entitled to a full scholarship for the following year. The One-Academic-Year Study and One-Semester Study student is required to attend Chinese language proficiency test before graduation. Test fee is reimbursed by TUTE.
5. Admission procedures
(1) Applicants must use a personal computer to log into our website https://tute.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx, create a new account with an email address, fill in application information and upload required application materials.
Application materials sent by E-mail or delivered by post office won’t be accepted. On-site registration won’t be allowed either.
（2）TUTE will organize a panel of experts from relevant departments for an interview (specific time to be notified separately). Applicants always need to pay attention to their email boxes. After the interview, TUTE will determine the list of recommended candidates and issue a preadmission notice (electronic version sent by email) for the recommended candidates.
（3）Applicants who have received pre admission notices must log in to the website of the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship before May 15, 2025（http://www.chinese.cn）, register and submit application materials online.
6. Application materials
● A scanned copy of the passport photo page;
● A scanned copy of score reports of the HSK/HSKK tests (within the two-year validity);
● A reference letter by the head of the Recommending Institution.
● Highest diploma (notarial photocopy): Applicants shall provide proof of highest diploma. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarial translations in Chinese or English.
● Academic transcripts (notarial photocopy): Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.
Besides the documents required by CLEC, applicants are also required to submit the following application documents truly, correctly and completely:
● Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form (the original copy should be kept by the applicant), and the original Blood Test Report: The form printed by Chinese quarantine authority could be downloaded from https://gjjlc.tute.edu.cn, and should be filled in Chinese or English language. The medical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records, those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. Please select the appropriate time to take medical examination as it is valid for only 6 months.
● Certificate of Non-Criminal Record
Notes：Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form and Certificate of Non-Criminal Records should be uploaded to “Basic Information-Upload Passport First Page” together with your scanned copy of passport as a zip file.
7. Academic assessment
(1) Applicants should pay attention to the application process, review opinions, and scholarship application results. Timely reply to our school's email and confirm scholarship matters with TUTE.
(2) Applicants who have passed the material review are required to participate in the assessment organized by the applying college. After the applicant is admitted, TUTE will review the applicant's information and materials. If there are any violations or fraudulent activities, once verified, the scholarship qualification will be immediately cancelled;
(3) Applicants who pass the review of the Center for Language Education and Cooperation will be eligible for scholarships to study in China;
(4) Scholarship recipients are not allowed to change their admission institution, major, or study period after coming to China.
(5) For those who cannot come to China within the admission period, the scholarship eligibility will not be retained.
(6) Scholarship recipients are required to participate in the annual scholarship evaluation according to regulations
(7) Other matters not mentioned herein shall be subject to the requirements of relevant competent authorities.
