天津职业技术师范大学自1993年开始招收外国来华留学生，是招收中国政府奖学金学生、国际中文教师奖学金生及天津市外国留学生政府奖学金生的院校，涵盖博士、硕士、本科及进修生等教育层次，在来华留学生的培养方面具有优质的培养平台和丰富的培养经验。近年来，国际学生规模持续增长，已有亚非欧美等70余个国家的近千名国际学生来校进行长短期的研修和学习。

TUTE started to enroll international students since 1993. It has long been qualified to recruit students under various scholarship programs，including Chinese Government Scholarship，International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship and Tianjin Government Scholarship Foreign Students. It covers educational levels such as doctoral students, master's students, undergraduate students, and visiting students.  It has a high-quality cultivation platform and rich cultivation experience in the education and training of international students coming to study in China. In recent years, the scale of international students has been continuously growing. Nearly 1,000 international students from more than 70 countries in Asia, Africa, Europe, America and other regions have come to TUTE for long-term and short-term study and research.
